Concept Design
The concept team will understand the client’s specific requirements and needs and then transform them into space-efficient and well-organized floor plans and 3D models and will then detail these drawings incorporating Mechanical Electrical Plumbing systems and structural design to present the client with highly comprehensive architectural drawings.
We review and analyze the statement of requirements provided by the client and establish concept drawings, the outline specification and the criteria to follow in the next stages the preliminary and detailed design
Preliminary Design
Preparation of preliminary design including drawings depending on the concept design outcome including detailed specification outlines. Contact the authorities and preparation of documents in support of applications for approval from authorities having jurisdiction regarding the Project.
Detialed Design
Preparation of Engineering Details Documents, as follows:

- Bill of Quantities
- General and Particular Specification
- Tender Documents and Tender Process
- Contract documents review and Contract Award Process
The design team is able to ensure that the construction Contractor is able to see that each detail is executed exactly as drawn, and in compliance with the overall design intent.
